Family Enters Contest to Win Cerebral Palsy Treatment

Kiley Griggs is a 4-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. She is bound to a wheelchair and cannot walk, which makes things harder for herself and her parents. “As you can tell, she works really, really hard trying to learn how to walk,” says Kiley’s mother Lori as father Jason bends over to help his daughter. “You can also see that it puts a lot of strain on Daddy and Mommy’s back working with her.” Lori also points out that Kiley’s wheelchair weighs about 45 pounds, so any time they take Kiley anywhere, it is a tiring endeavor for both parents. Jason, a firefighter, already has four herniated discs in his neck. “One of these days I’m afraid that I won’t be able to lift my little girl to help her succeed in walking.” They want to provide Kiley with chiropractic services to help with her scoliosis and hip dysplasia, but…
