In our office, we have staff that have been with us for 25 years. They don't stay with us because they don't enjoy their work. They get a special feeling of accomplishment, and they are special people themselves because they like to help others. I'm not joking ... they could have almost any job they want, they're really smart people. They get along with others, but they care and that's what's special about them and why they enjoy doing what they do.
